Clear rules for using CannaTally.

CannaTally is designed to organize information connected with cannabis activity that is lawful for the user under applicable law and program rules. Do not use CannaTally to facilitate unlawful purchase, possession, transfer, diversion, distribution, evasion of program controls, or other illegal activity.

You are responsible for determining the laws, eligibility requirements, possession limits, purchase limits, program rules and other requirements that apply to you. Access to CannaTally does not establish eligibility or legal authorization.

Allotment, inventory, price, timing and other calculated values can depend on the information available to CannaTally. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. When an official regulator, state system, dispensary record, package label or laboratory source differs from a CannaTally estimate, rely on the authoritative source.

CannaTally provides organizational tools and general educational information. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, determine impairment, establish safety for an activity, or provide individualized medical or legal advice.

Features, integrations and program information may change as laws, providers and CannaTally evolve. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance or misuse prevention.

Links, program portals, laboratories, dispensaries and other third-party sources are controlled by their respective operators. CannaTally does not control their availability or guarantee their content. Source attribution is provided so you can verify important information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CannaTally is provided without a guarantee that every estimate, integration or feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may investigate apparent misuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties or legal compliance. These Terms do not authorize CannaTally to monitor or disclose information contrary to the Privacy Policy or applicable law.
