CannaTally does not provide individualized medical or legal advice, prescribe products, promise effects, or determine whether a person is safe to drive or perform another activity.

CannaTally may not be used to facilitate unlawful purchase, possession, diversion, transfer or distribution; evade program controls; compromise another account; attack the service; or otherwise violate law or the Terms of Use.

CannaTally limits Website acquisition data and separates public Website activity from signed-in application records. Sensitive application information should not be placed into public Website analytics, URLs or support requests unless it is genuinely necessary.

Terms and disclaimers help define the service but do not erase rights, duties or liabilities imposed by applicable law. CannaTally’s legal and privacy controls are designed around actual product behavior rather than claims of blanket immunity.
